After my whirlwind crafting frenzy a few weeks ago, I'm in a slump again. :o( Think I'm just a little tired from all our road-trips these past few months & this house-hunting is getting stressful. We've found another house that we like a lot, but we haven't decided if we want to put a bid in on it or not. It is a cute little (actually it isn't that small) bungalow that was built in the 30's or 40's. I've looked at so many I can't remember. :o) I really like the house a lot, it has a few interior things I don't like, but they are minor. The only drawback is that it is in the country...I love the area, but there is no cable. I know..I know...that's silly, but I can't imagine not having cable Internet. We've been checking on satellite Internet...I've heard good & bad things about it & have had some experience using it at campgrounds. It seems pretty fast, so I don't think that will be a HUGE problem. It isn't that far from a town, so I think I will survive. LOL! We live in a rural area now, but have all the conveniences within 15-20 minutes & we aren't that far from Chicago. I guess I'm going to have to make some sacrifices moving back to the South & I really am excited about being closer to home. I'm ready for the movers to come & load all my stuff & take me home. This packing is no fun...I'm ready to craft & play. :o) Hope to have something to share tomorrow or in the next few days. Have to put on my thinking cap & come up with something.
I wanted to ask those of you that visit my blog to please say a prayer for my brother-in-law. I just spoke to my sister & he was admitted to the hospital tonight with an aneurysm. If all the tests go well in the morning, they will do surgery tomorrow afternoon. Please keep him in your thoughts...he's a special guy & we all love him bunches.
Thanks for stopping by....blessings,

Definitely sending prayers up for surgery and speedy recovery!
I know what you mean about house hunting and we didn't have a long distance move plus we ended up building (which is a totally different set of issues lol)
with the packing I would just say label label label!! I thought I was doing a pretty good job at that but as we STILL HAVE THINGS IN BOXES I realize I didn't label nearly as well as I thought I did! :)
GOOD LUCK!
Oh Deb! I am hoping and wishing for a successful surgery for your BIL.
House hunting is a bear but I am sure you are getting a deal in this market! Good luck with the packing.
I hope you find your mojo soon!
