Dottie's World Challenge Card...

Hi...

Sorry I didn't get anything posted on Monday...I've been so busy that I didn't have time to craft this weekend. :o( Yesterday was a wash, too. LOL! Hope everyone had a fun weekend.

I've never done a challenge before... I'm a little nervous about sharing this with all the talented girls at Dottie's World Challenge ...., but here goes. :o)

The challenge was to use geometric shapes on your card...I used geometric paper, circles & rectangles. Here's the link to the challenge at Dottie's World...be sure to stop by and see all their beautiful creations. These ladies are so creative...their talent never ceases to amaze me. :o)

Card Recipe:
Dottie (Fun Time Dottie Kit Download-Charmed Cards & Crafts)
Basic Grey Patterned Paper : Perhaps
Green Paper: DCWV
Cuttlebug Folder (Spots & Dots): Embossed Scallops
Circles: 1" Circle Punch
Scalloped Circles : Cricut (MM)
Dottie Colored with Prismacolors-Gamsol Technique
Sakura Jelly Roll Glitter Pens
Ribbon: Stash

Would love your feedback...thanks for stopping by!!

Blessings....

  2. I agree with Dingle - No need to be nervous at all! We're all very friendly and love to share our ideas and creations!

Your card is lovely - I love the colours you have used. I was thinking of using that image for my niece's birthday card and I definitely will after seeing your card! She's a shopaholic so it's perfect for her!

The first time you take part in a challenge is always the hardest. After taking your first step I hope you'll be back again next time! I love the other things I've seen on your blog (especially all the cupcakes!) and I want to see more...

    Love Ruth xx
