Altered Composition Notebook...

My little niece called me the other day & asked if I could make her friend Sarah a notebook for her birthday. She loves pink & brown, so this is what I came up with for her.

I lined the inside with brown cardstock & used striped paper to make pockets. I'm making bookmarks to go inside the pocket, will share them later.

RECIPE:
Stamp: Great Impressions
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa
Copics
Patterned Paper: My Mind's Eye
Cardstock: Stash
Nestibilities: Scallop & Circle
Dimensionals
Heidi Swapp Chipboard Alphabet (Pink)
Ribbon: SU Alpine Felt Ribbon (This ribbon is so yummy...a MUST have!)
Brads: Creative Imaginations Naked Brads

I'm still practicing with my new camera...I hope I get better soon!! Everything looks crooked...must be the photographer. LOL!

Thanks for stopping by....Happy Inauguration Day!!

Cute! I haven't done an altered comp book in a while. Have a whole drawer, so I'm not sure what's stoppin me! *LOL* I really love the butterflies and the saying - stamps or printed in color? Inquiring minds want to know!

That is so cool, and it has to feel nice that your niece likes what you do so much as to ask for something to give as a gift!

Love the butterfly saying, where is it from?
