Dahlia Fold Card, Post-It Keychain, & On the Road Again....

The heading about sums it up!! :o)

I made this Dahlia Fold card for my Aunt's birthday. She is a fabulous quilter & I wanted to do something that resembled a quilt pattern. This is my 1st & it isn't perfect, but I know she will appreciate it, because I made it for her. :o)

The post-it key chains are so fun to make & I used a lot of paper scraps that I had saved. I made a bunch of them, but I already have them packed except for this one that I did for my sister tonight. You can find the tutorial here.
This is one of my favorite blogs...she shares the cutest projects. I love visuals!! Mine are larger than the ones on her site. I didn't have any tiny post-it pads. I used my Cricut to make the scalloped circle & the monogram. Sorry for the icky photos...taking them with the flash again!! :o(

Yep...we are leaving on another road trip in the morning. We will stop in Memphis & spend the night with Scott & Paula...then go down to Greenville, MS for my Aunt's birthday. Then we are going to N. Alabama to look at a few houses that look interesting. Thought I would share a photo of one of them. I am so in love with it...it is so ME!! My husband likes this one, too. It looks like an old Southern plantation house ( I love that!!) but it's only a few years old. (He loves that!). The interior is really pretty & I hope the town is cute. The surrounding area is beautiful, but not sure about this town. Can you tell I'm excited...I'm just rambling on & on. LOL!

That's all my news for tonight. I will check in when I can...hope to be home late next week. Send us some good vibes for the house-hunt!!

Y'all take care & thanks for stopping by....

Blessings..
